The fact that the swimming pool is open till around 10 or 11. It was nice to take a swim after along hot days. It was a quite big infinity glass pool, love it alot️Breakie was okay, the bihouen was good, better than the nasi goreng.location isn't far from the airport.

We saw 2 or 3 times small cockroaches in the room. Please pay more attention about the pest control.

The roof-top pool was amazing, the staff was welcoming. Good value for money

The air conditioning was so loud, so I wasn't able to sleep having it on (so the room became too hot at night). The bathroom needs renovation, the water was leaking and it was a bit smelly. Around 7 am we could hear workers' walkie-talkies super loudly, which didn't allow us to get a proper sleep.

Good location. Close to food, souvenir shops and mall. Not recommended for those who seek resort style. This is a hotel.

We had a very late ala carte dinner at the hotel restaurant and the quality was decent. There were a few food and beverage outlets conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel.

We were travelling with my 93 year old mother and as part of our reservation requirements had requested for a number of arrangements to be made: a plastic chair to be placed in the shower for her to sit on while she showered herself, a rubber bathmat for the shower area to prevent slipping and an extension cord for her light electric blanket. The hotel agreed to these in writing more than a month in advance. We had booking.com call up the hotel again about a week before we checked in to remind them. We had a late arrival and checked in at about 9.00pm and none to these requirements had been met. Calling the reception staff on duty didn't solve anything and I had to come down to the reception at least 3 times to bark at him. The reception staff was scurrying around ingnorance and panic mode as housekeeping services appeared to be non-existent and he didn't know what the hell was going on and didn't know what to do except to say that matters were in progress. He then had someone bring a plastic stool which was filthy wth black muck and an extension cord coated with grime and dirt. The grimy extension cord was sent to the room and it was discovered that it was defective and had to be replaced. The receptionist could not find a clean plastic chair so I hauled off one of their banquet chairs and placed it under the shower - the reception staff said that there was no objection to that. Refer to pic of dirty plastic stool below. The breakfast buffet although ample in terms of variety was of a rather poor quality. Restaurant staff were overwhelmed by the number of guests. Breakfast environment was noisy with noisy children running helter skelter and some parents even placing their infant children on their breakfast table. The water in the roof top pool looked rather murky and there was a fully clothed woman with a head covering in the pool when I went to inspect it. Refer to pic of the pool water.

Verry dirty, I found many cockroaches in my room ( see pictures) the window was not closing (see pictures) verry crouded area with allot of noise, coudn’t sleep the staff was verry pushy to pay everithing you eat/drink on the spot, if they where not there with the bill when you left they woud follow you at the pool or wherever you are at the end the staff didnt wanted to let me leave and keep my luggage because of a missunderstanding with my driver (almost missed my plane)

Bathroom was leaking. And doorknob was jammed you easily leave it unlocked without noticing (even housekeeping staff did so)

Best part of the stay was the friendly staff and their ever helpful service attitude. They were excellent. Location is good and rooms are just fabulous for the value we paid

The staff were friendly - they did their best.

The first room I stayed in smelled very strongly of cleaning spray and had cockroaches all over it. The staff kindly switched me to a second room, but it smelled strongly of mold and had a broken shower head. In the morning, I woke up early to noise from all directions; traffic noise through the window, chatter from the neighbouring rooms through the walls and chatter from the hallway.

friendly staff and room is clean. food is good, i stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and i think everything was perfect. wida is good waitress as well, she always smile and always call us by our name.

The rooms were very cosy, clean and have a safe. There is a good selection for breakfast and they have a rooftop BBQ on Friday nights. The coffee from the barista is probably the nicest coffee I have ever tasted and the staff are all very lovely and helpful. I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space on the rooftop to lay around, the view from the pool is great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I could write here is that the hotel is a bit of a walk from main tourist areas like the beach, restaurants and stalls. In saying that we walked most of the time and caught a taxi back.

The location is accessible to tour destinations and the price is reasonably cheap. The rooftop is amazing with the view of the city while having a swim in their infinity pool. Overall experience is awesome

Good location and friendly staff, the room might a little small but to be fair there were three of us. The staff are very helpfull and the room is fully equipt. The infinity roof pool is the best so far.

The bathroom is so cramped. I'm not that big but still bump into the wastafel everytime i try to manuver in there. Too little space between everything from the door to the wastafel to the glass door and the wc.
